How to use DTF Transfers from The DTF Printers
For anyone searching for a quick and efficient way to print their artwork, direct to film transfers are ideal. You can easily transfer and transform your beautiful designs into t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, caps, and other items by using a source of heat, such as a heat press or a regular household iron. Read on to learn more about the procedure.
Step One
Prepare The Surface
Make sure the surface you will be transferring the design onto is clean, dry, and free of any debris or contaminants. Preheat fabric using a heat press or iron to remove any moisture and wrinkles.
Step Two
Print Your Item
Place the printed DTF film onto the surface with the design facing down, then apply heat and pressure using the recommended settings for the specific film and surface materials.
Step Three
Finishing Your Item
Allow the design to cool before peeling off the backing paper. Use a heat press or iron on the same settings & time again to cure the design and ensure it adheres properly to the fabric.
